Joseph Stephan, President, has over a dozen years of experience in delivering superb results to senior decision makers. He has broad functional experiences, holding positions at Thomson Reuters, Key Bank and Forbes Consulting, serving roles in Marketing, Strategy and Finance.

Jennifer Stephan, Vice President, has extensive experience in delivering analytics solutions to consulting clients. As a Consulting Actuary at Hewitt Associates, she provided pension consulting to Fortune 500 corporations. She earned her ASA actuarial designation in 2003.
Jennifer holds a BS from Miami University in Mathematics, and an MBA from Miami in Marketing. She volunteers as the troop leader for her daughters in Girl Scouts and previously as the Associate Treasurer of the Brecksville Cooperative Preschool.
